1. Acceptance of Terms

By using MailFlow (operated by Nicolas Chourrout, Flowful AI) at mailflowai.com, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

MailFlow is an AI-driven email automation tool that drafts email replies using a knowledge base (webpages, files, Q&A) and prior email interactions.

3. Account Creation

• Users must sign in via Google and grant permissions to read/write emails.
• You warrant you are 18+ and own the email account and data processed.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree:

• To only scrape websites/data you own or have rights to.
• To review AI-generated replies for accuracy before sending.
• Not to use MailFlow for illegal activities or reverse engineering.

5. Payments & Refunds

• Subscription: Monthly or annual billing via Stripe.
• Refunds: Full refund within 30 days of purchase.

6. Termination

• Users may cancel anytime via account settings.
• We may terminate accounts for violations. No refunds for termination.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of:

• Email content (including AI-generated replies).
• Knowledge base data (webpages, files, Q&A).

We own the MailFlow platform, code, and UI.

8. AI & Liability

• AI outputs are suggestions. You are solely liable for emails sent.
• We disclaim liability for inaccurate, offensive, or unlawful AI-generated content.

9. Dispute Resolution

Governed by Belgian law. Disputes resolved in courts of Walloon Brabant, Belgium.

11. Modifications to Terms
